TOYS: Marvel vs. Capcom Series 2 on the way

Art Asylum has a great Q&A with member of the team responsible for the Marvel vs. Capcom Minimates line.  Not only do you get to read why the Hulk was such a difficult character to make, you also get a look at upcoming figures in the Marvel vs. Capcom line.

 

The second wave of Minimates based on Marvel vs. Capcom 3 picks up where the first wave left off, with four two-packs of Marvel and Capcom characters. This assortment includes: Spider-Man vs. Chris Redfield (Resident Evil); Wolverine vs. Viewtiful Joe; and two sets exclusive to the specialty market – Super Skrull vs. Crimson Viper (Street Fighter IV) and Storm vs. Jill Valentine (Resident Evil)! Each Minimate stands 2.5″ tall with 14 points of articulation and a variety of removable and interchangeable parts and accessories.

Series 2 arrives in November 2011, and has a suggested retail price of $35.99
